We are proud of the working environment we provide for our educators, and we are rewarded by the stability and longevity of our team.
Our team of educators are supported by a dedicated Centre Director, Christine O’Reilly who has been part of the Auburn Community since 1995.
Our educators work in a friendly environment, whereby they are encouraged to further extend their skills and blossom. This enables them to follow their passion in relation to program provision and this is reflected in their work with the children. The qualifications of our educators are well above the new regulatory requirements. Within our small staff team we have a variety of qualifications from Bachelor of Early Childhood Education to a Diploma in Children’s Services.
Our educators hold Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training as well as current Working with Children Checks/VIT registration.
In addition to formal training our educators collectively have many, many years of experience in working with children. Our educators are committed to providing programs of the highest quality in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and the National Quality Standard for the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
Our educators are committed and highly skilled practitioners of Early Childhood Education and are proud to be leading our EXCEEDING National Quality Standard rating. Their aim is to achieve best practise through close relationships with families and the community, to achieve the best outcomes possible for children.
